Course Access

Enrollment grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the course materials for your personal educational purposes only. Access may be suspended or terminated if these terms are violated.

Intellectual Property

All course content, including videos, presentations, manuals, worksheets, templates, quizzes, downloads, trademarks, logos, and related materials, is the exclusive property of the course provider and protected by applicable copyright and intellectual property laws.

Students may not:

  • Copy, reproduce, distribute, share, record, publish, or resell course materials.
  • Upload course content to third-party websites or file-sharing platforms.
  • Use course content for commercial training purposes without written permission.

Account Sharing Prohibited

Course access is intended solely for the individual purchaser.

Students may not:

  • Share login credentials with others.
  • Allow multiple users to access a single account.
  • Transfer or sell course access.

Any suspected account sharing may result in immediate suspension or termination of access without refund.

No Guarantee of Employment, Licensing, or Income

Completion of this course does not guarantee:

  • Employment as a home inspector.
  • State licensing or certification.
  • Business success.
  • Any specific level of income or financial results.

Individual outcomes vary based on effort, experience, local regulations, market conditions, and other factors beyond the control of the course provider.

Licensing Requirements

Students are responsible for determining and complying with all state, local, and regulatory requirements applicable to home inspection licensing and practice in their jurisdiction.

Course completion does not guarantee satisfaction of licensing requirements in any state.

Student Conduct

Students are expected to conduct themselves professionally and respectfully in all course-related communications, forums, coaching sessions, and events.

The course provider reserves the right to remove any student whose conduct is disruptive, abusive, threatening, discriminatory, or otherwise inappropriate. Removal for misconduct shall not entitle the student to a refund.

Refund Policy

Students may request a refund within 3 calendar days of purchase, provided that no more than 20% of the course content has been accessed or completed.

After the 3-day refund period expires, all sales are final.

No refunds will be granted for:

  • Failure to complete the course.
  • Changes in personal circumstances.
  • Failure to meet licensing requirements.
  • Lack of use of course materials.
  • Technical issues caused by the student's equipment, internet connection, or software.

Chargeback Policy

By purchasing this course, you agree to contact the course provider first to resolve any billing concerns before initiating a chargeback or payment dispute.

Initiating a chargeback after receiving course access, downloads, training materials, coaching, certificates, or other course benefits may be considered a violation of these Terms & Conditions.

The course provider reserves the right to submit documentation demonstrating course access, participation records, communications, and acceptance of these terms to contest any disputed charges.

Technology Requirements

Students are responsible for maintaining adequate internet access, hardware, software, and technical capabilities necessary to participate in the course.

The course provider is not responsible for interruptions caused by student equipment, internet outages, software incompatibility, or other technical issues beyond its control.

Course Modifications

The course provider reserves the right to modify, update, replace, remove, or improve course content, instructors, schedules, resources, and features at any time without prior notice.

Disclaimer

Course materials are provided solely for educational purposes and do not constitute legal, tax, financial, business, insurance, engineering, or professional advice.

Students should consult qualified professionals regarding their specific circumstances.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the course provider, its owners, employees, contractors, affiliates, and instructors shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from:

  • Participation in the course.
  • Use of course materials.
  • Reliance upon course information.
  • Business decisions made by students.
  • Licensing or employment outcomes.

The maximum liability of the course provider shall not exceed the amount paid by the student for the course.

Mandatory Arbitration Agreement

Any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to this course, these Terms & Conditions, or the relationship between the parties shall be resolved exclusively through binding arbitration rather than in court.

Arbitration shall:

  • Be conducted by a mutually agreed-upon arbitration provider.
  • Take place in the State of Georgia.
  • Be conducted on an individual basis only.

Students waive any right to:

  • Participate in class-action lawsuits.
  • Participate in class-wide arbitration.
  • Have disputes decided by a jury.

Each party shall bear its own attorney's fees and costs unless otherwise awarded by the arbitrator.

Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and interpreted under the laws of the State of Georgia, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

Acceptance of Terms

By purchasing, accessing, or participating in this course, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.
